These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of vasso.si and of the communications and services provided by Vasso, a business name of Vasso SI ("Vasso", "we", "us"). By using our website, submitting one of our forms or opting in to our messages, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our services
Vasso designs, builds and installs AI agents for businesses. We offer a free AI audit call. Any paid engagement is governed by a separate written agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these Terms.

You agree not to misuse the website, including by attempting to interfere with it, access it without authorization, or use it for unlawful purposes. Content on the site is provided for general information and may change without notice.
3. Calls from our AI assistant
If you request a free AI audit and agree to be called, we may call the number you provided, including with an AI assistant and automated technology, about your request. Our assistant identifies itself as an AI. Calls may be recorded and transcribed. Consent to receive calls is not a condition of any purchase. You can ask us to stop calling at any time.
4. SMS / Mobile Messaging Terms

Description: When you opt in, Vasso (Vasso SI) will text you about your free AI audit: booking links, appointment confirmations and reminders, and resources you request.

- Opt out: reply STOP to cancel at any time. You'll receive one confirmation and no further messages.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

The website, free audit and any information we provide are offered "as is", without warranties of any kind. Any estimates of time or cost savings discussed on an audit call are estimates, not guarantees.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vasso will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or our free communications, and our total liability for any claim relating to them will not exceed $100.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
